My sprinkles don’t have any royal icing pieces, where are they?
This is by far our most frequent question! The royal icing pieces settle towards the center of the packaging and can’t always be seen from the outside! We encourage you to dump out your sprinkles to double check prior to emailing customer service!
When will my order ship?
We are currently in peak sprinkle season and as a result it takes us some time to get your order together and ready to ship. Our current order processing time is 3-5 business days. If, for any reason, your order is delayed beyond 5 days, we’ll be in contact with you! If you need your order quicker, let us know, we do offer rush processing!
When will I receive my order?
Many people confuse processing time with transit time. In fact, they are two separate things. Once we get your order packed and ready to go, we’ll hand it off to the carrier! Transit time is typically 2-5 business days. These times may be extended during holiday season (September - December).  Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS and occasionally can take longer due to post office inefficiencies. If you need the sprinkles in 2 weeks or less, it's recommended that you purchase expedited shipping. Please note, we cannot guarantee any transit times.
